Citrix
At Citrix, we leveraged AI and ML to connect dots between user behavior, infrastructure, geolocation, and other factors to surface valuable insights a human would rarely be able to find.
My role as design leader was to partner closely with our data scientists to understand algorithm inputs and outputs so that our designs could accurately represent insights. In those early days of predictive AI, explainability and precise descriptions were critical for building user trust in how insights are derived.
Entelos - Predictive Modeling Platform for Disease and Therapeutics
The Entelos platform included models of human and animal biology, as well as therapeutic treatments for target disease areas. By creating matrices of various expressions of disease agains various treatments, research scientists were use the Entelos platform to predict treatment outcomes.
As the UX designer for Realab and other Entelos platform tools, I focused on promoting user trust in these advanced tools.
