Focusing on infrastructure performance, security, and usage of application environments, Citrix admins are able to observe, orchestrate, and optimize responses.
I was accountable for product design from top to bottom. I led a team of talented designers and provided hands-on design guidance to provide high-level direction.
Our user research at Citrix enabled us to design confidently for specific user personas. We used our findings to developed detailed maps of their journeys.

Many services provide detailed control of deployments of both virtual environments and physical infrastructure.
