Citrix Application Delivery and Management is an industry standard set of products for orchestrating at-scale, secure, enterprise application environments. I led Citrix's UX team responsible for design and research of this segment of the Citrix portfolio.
Under my leadership we achieved the following key milestones:
• Developed a design system to improve the user experience by providing better consistency across all product touch points, reusing interactions proven to help users succeed. We reduced engineering time by developing a library of reusable React UI components.
• Launched machine learning capabilities (predictive modeling) into product UX. Predictions required thoughtful UX to engender trust in the accuracy of insights provided.
• Integrated new networking technologies like Kubernetes and distributed application architectures into our UX. Service graphs became a central design element in our emerging products.
