As UX Design Director for Citrix Analytics Service (CAS), I focused UX the team on designing a simple experience for interpreting complex data. CAS was developed to provide insights to enterprise-scale application and networking environments, specifically related to the performance, security, and usage of application environments.
Under my leadership, we achieved the following key milestones:
• Drafted a new conceptual model to better represent concepts within networking anaytics.
• Integrated new AI/ML content through a close partnership with the Citrix Data Science team.
• Created standards for data visualization, thus expanding our design system.
• Rebranded product offering, leveraging new color story and visual language.
