LEAP Courier enables enterprises to coordinate the collection of documents as part of a process, like a mortgage loan application or a consulting engagement. Courier is a flexible framework that can be configured to address multiple document collection business use cases. This product was publicly released in June of 2016 and is enjoying a healthy stream of users.
My team was proud of the Courier design. We achieved a modern, engaging experience that exposes complex application features through simple interactions.
My Roles on this Project
• Designed and led design workshops to develop the core concepts and guiding principles for Courier.
• Drove collaboration with engineering and product management functions to ensure alignment around a successful product.
• As UXD manager, led the team to produce exceptional designs for the whole scope of features for this product.
•Drove research process by leveraging the alpha and beta releases as an opportunity to get meaningful feedback from users.
• Partnered with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch. This included design of the product on-boarding experience.
