At the time, I was heading the design team at Citrix where we were using AI/ML to drive behavior in our networking security and analytics products.
I pursued two central questions as part of my project:
•What influences how much users trust AI/ML content?
•What are some design practices that will help promote and reinforce trust in AI/ML content?
